6:30PM: Dinner reservation/start

Gluten Free menu options are available. We will be ordering off the menus, not buffet-style, so will be more of a traditional restaurant experience. We will be covering the overall dinner cost + 1st round of drinks.

We won't be doing any formal ceremonies, but instead doing this for a nice moment for everyone to meet each other before the wedding. Looking forward to seeing you there!

4:30 PM:  Guests arrive for pictures and to be seated.

4:45 PM: The lovely bride arrives!

5 PM: Ceremony Start!

5:30- 5:45 PM: Ceremony concludes, picture time!

6 PM:  Leave Ceremony and Head Towards Reception/ Cruise Boarding (potential traffic, bathroom breaks, change of clothes, stop by room at hotel, etc.)

** Beach Rules:
NO GLASS, ALCOHOL, BALLOON/ LANTERN RELEASES, SPARKLERS, DOGS, SMOKING, OR CONFETTI/ ROSE PETALS OF ANY KIND ON THE BEACH.

7:30 PM: Sunset Cruise Boarding

1. Show up to "Calypso Breeze" at John's Pass in Treasure Island at the scheduled boarding time of 7:30PM. If driving, please use the on-site parking garage.
2. Go to the ticket booth.
3. Tell them you're with Hess-Soma party.
4. The boat manager will give you a pre-printed boarding pass and direct you how to board the boat.
5. We will have an open seating arrangement in our section of tables. If any questions, please find us or a boat manager.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the embark time, thanks!

8 PM: Cruise Embarks! This cruise is a shared charter, though we will have our own space. We will be cruising for about 2 hours. 

*** Complimentary beer, wine, rum punch and soft drinks are included. Otherwise is cash bar for cocktails and liquor.

1PM: Cookout + Festivities begin

For anyone still in town after the wedding, feel free to come party and hangout with us! We will be hosting a spicy backyard pool party + cookout at our Airbnb. Please feel free to come and go as you please, we'll be hanging out for most of the day and evening.
